Steve Bull MBE collected 13 full England Caps during his career scoring a total of 4 goals.

Steve made appearances in the 1990 world cup finals against The Republic of Ireland, Holland, Egypt and Belgium.

Coming off the bench on his debut, Steve scored against Scotland at Hampden Park. Quite a feat for a player who at the time was playing in the English third division.

It is safe to say that had Steve been playing for a more fashionable top flight side he would have gone on to make more appearances for his country.

In the words of the song - Steve Bull MBE is the greatest centre forward the world has ever seen..

"We'll drink, a drink, a drink,

to Stevie, the the king, the king,

the saviour of the Wanderers team,

for he's the greatest centre forward

that the world has ever seen.."
